Dallas and Fort Worth Newborn baby photography

Such a sweet and beautiful baby girl. She was wide awake when she first arrived, but if your baby is awake and calm that doesn’t stop me from starting the session. Though if you’re wanting the naked posed shots, baby will need to be asleep, because awake newborns do tend to move their arms and legs all around. Usually with a good tight swaddle and some times also a feeding baby will go right to sleep and that’s when I move quickly to get those desired sleepy poses of your newborn. Fort Worth in home newborn photographer

Are you wanting professional newborn photos taken of your new baby but don’t want to travel to a studio and would rather have photos taken at your home? I offer to travel to your home and bring my newborn props, roll up faux wood floor and swaddles. I do not travel with my backdrop but we can take photos against a blank wall, in the nursery, living room or near a window like the photos below! I just need an open space with a minimum size of about  6′ X 6′ to set up my lighting equipment. I have a travel fee based on mileage away from my home studio, if you are within 15 miles from White Settlement the fee is $75, if you are within 16-31 miles the fee is $100. DFW Classic Newborn Photo session

Below is a great example to get an idea of what the classic newborn session looks like, this isn’t every photo from the gallery below, but should be a good indicator. The Classic newborn session includes family and sibling photos. I start with baby swaddled and then slowly unwrap the baby throughout the session as it gets warmer in the studio and usually end with baby naked or some pants on if you prefer. Fort Worth Grow with me newborn baby

I get so excited when parents choose the grow with me collection because I love getting to watch as your baby grows and see their personality develop and it’s always a delight to see just how different every baby is! This little lady was super sleepy and perfect for her newborn session in my home studio in White Settlement. It always seems like summer babies are extra sleepy, probably all the Texas heat! But the studio is always very warm regardless of time of year to keep the baby happy and sleepy, especially while wearing minimal clothing. I can’t want to see her again for her milestone sessions when she is sitting up and when she gets to eat her cake for her first birthday. In the Grow with Me collection I include the cake at no additional cost!

Second Client Appreciation Day!

I can’t thank you all enough for being great clients and supporting my photography business. It’s always especially heart warming when clients come back for more sessions!

Which is why I am hosting my second Client Appreciation Event! I didn’t get to do one last year, because of Covid. Womp. During the event I will have gift bags, and oh yea, you get a free session!

I’ve done some updating to the studio and added lots of beautiful new headbands and handmade outfits.

I will be doing 10 minute sessions totally free, your session could be of just baby, or the family. Session will be this set up shown below. It is completely removable if you’d like just the seamless white without the curtains and wood flooring for future sessions.

When: August 14 from 11am-3 p.m.

Who can attend: Any past client

Where: My studio in White Settlement

Limit to 5 family members for the session.

You will choose one free photo from the online gallery emailed after the event. You will have the option to purchase additional images from your gallery, but there is no obligation.

I’ll have wardrobe available for children up to 5 years old, and even a few dresses if mom wants to put one on.
