I first met this gorgeous mama for her maternity photos, and I was so excited to get to photograph his newborn photos. This little guy, was not so little, at only a week old he was weighing in at nearly 11 pounds!

I always manage to get the cutest babies with full heads of hair! My own daughter was born with a small amount of hair, which ended up falling out, leaving her looking like she had a receding hairline like an older gentlemen! Not to say babies without hair aren’t as cute, every newborn is beautiful, but I wouldn’t have been upset if my daughter had this much hair when she was a baby! She’s a toddler now, and still has short hair! My little girl was born in California, maybe it’s something in the Fort Worth water giving these babies full heads of hair?! Haha. I doubt it, but everything is bigger in Texas, right?

Being born so close to Christmas I had to incorporate some Christmas photos! Alexis was a good little sleeper, however, she did break the record for number of poops during a session! Ha!
